Automatic PLC control heating wires by computer

1. The maximum glass sheets size for heat bending is: 2500×2500mm or customized.

9. Furnace heating wire arrangement
Furnace wire arrangement size of the top of the furnace body is 3000 × 3000mm, divided into two layers, the first layer of horizontal arrangement, can not be lifted; the second layer of longitudinal arrangement, the furnace wire lifting width is centered 2500mm, lifting depth of 600mm, the rest of the furnace wire can not be lifted, a total of 21 groups of furnace wire lifting, each group of 10. 10. Wire lifting
In order to better achieve the smooth and fast glass baking bending using 21 groups of furnace wire with automatic lifting function, (a total of 105 wire). Each group of wires can be automatically controlled and lifted.
11. Furnace heating
The furnace wire is heated by the temperature feedback to the computer after the computer automatically PLC controls the heating process, the amount of the furnace wire is manually entered by the operator in the computer interface can be stored in memory, while in the case of smooth parameters can continuously call the same parameters to produce the same product glass. (Each furnace wire power percentage requirement can be adjusted and can be controlled independently).
12. The whole furnace chamber is divided into 9 temperature measurement zones. (One of them is infrared temperature measurement, set in the middle of the furnace body)

19. The main lifting adopts SEW motor and RS chain to ensure the safety and reliability and long life of the equipment, and the main encoder adopts Japanese Omron products.
20. The observation window and annealing fan observation window adopt imported quartz glass.
21. Asbestos is forbidden to be used in the insulation material of the furnace body.
22. The inner wall of the furnace body is equipped with stainless steel panel to prevent the furnace body from falling slag during the production process. The top of the furnace body is installed with 1 set of press mold lifting device, which is composed of 4 synchronous screw transfer devices, the total weight of the screw bearing is more than 100kg, and the screw lifting stroke is 600mm.
