This equipment adopts foreign advanced technology, the transmission box is made of a 10mm steel plate, and the large pressure roller is made of high-temperature resistance, aging resistance, and high-quality rubber. The transmission adopts step-less speed control, frequency control, and temperature control can be set arbitrarily, and the pressure of the rubber roller adopts a large diameter cylinder. The air pressure is adjusted from 0-0.6Mpa according to the thickness and area of the glass, etc. The gap between the front and back pressure rollers can be adjusted individually.

Working Principle:

Flat glass is transported to the first pair of big pressure rollers by the upper fragment roller after being combined by the combination room, and the air between the glass and PVB film is discharged, then it enters the heating and baking channel, the temperature of the first zone of the heating and baking channel is low, and the temperature of the second zone is slightly higher so that the PVB film is softened and transparent. Finally, it enters into the second pair of large press rollers (roll diameter 300mm), which makes PVB film and glass fully adhere to each other and excludes air bubbles, and completes the initial pressing and gluing of laminated glass.
