Auto glass windshield ink dryer is the supporting equipment of automatic production line, mainly used for drying and cooling after the printing of auto and bus glass. This machine is composed of two major parts: the drying area and the air-cooling area. The transmission speed adopts a high-quality frequency converter with step-less variable speed, and the drying temperature can be set arbitrarily between normal temperature and 180℃.

The material of the main machine adopts the standard profile welding combination, the heating part of the upper part of the lamp reflection cover and the inner liner part is made of stainless steel.

Hot air zone:
The hot air area is divided into three groups, each group of hot air selection of six infrared amplitude in the wave tube heating, while the spare three installation positions to facilitate future upgrades, the upper part of the high-temperature fan to recover the heat inside the drying channel for hot air circulation, that is, to make the drying channel internal balanced heating and can make full use of thermal efficiency, hot air circulation flow. Strong wind:
The strong wind cooling area is divided into two groups, each group can be independent, easy to operate. Using the ambient air, through the upper hood concave slot wind mouth to form wind pressure blowing wind, to achieve the purpose of glass cooling, exhaust gas natural emissions, purify the working environment.
The built-in cylinder lifting system can lift the oven to inspect the interior, which is convenient for maintenance.
The baking tunnel adopts high-grade aluminum silicate fiber heat insulation board to improve the thermal efficiency and optimize the working environment.
