Transmission mode:
Adopt the brand brake motor, through the chain to the stick shaft conveyor drive glass sheet, the stick shaft is equipped with wear-resistant solvent-resistant rubber ring to drive the glass sheet conveyor, with Japan Mitsubishi inverter, so that the glass sheet in the process of conveying smooth and safe.
Lifting mode of conveying frame:
The glass sheet conveying frame adopts pneumatic lifting, and is equipped with photoelectric sensor to fully automatic control and glass feeding position, accurate positioning.
Head lift:
The head lift adopts international brand worm gear reducer, which is transmitted by chain, and the head is self-locking at any position, with cylinder safety protection device and fiber optic safety protection device at the wiping plate position to ensure the safety performance of the machine. Lifting guide bar adopts German (INA) brand. The highest position and the lowest position are equipped with double protection switch and accidental safety protection device to prevent the machine from being damaged and the operator’s safety from being lifted too far.
Precise positioning:
Precise positioning with 8 positioning points, using the cylinder two-way drive (up drive, lateral drive), positioning pulley using imported linear guide, with precision ball screw adjustment positioning, to ensure accurate positioning. And equipped with adjusting hand wheel, position display and adjusting locking device. The adjustment distance can be adjusted arbitrarily between the largest glass piece and the smallest glass piece. When positioning, the positioning pulley is raised to the surface, and when printing, the positioning pulley is lowered to below the surface, so as to ensure the printing of various thicknesses of glass.
Printing and ink return device:
The printing and inking movement adopts servo stepping motor, which drives the German-made MEGADYNE synchronous belt. With the precision linear guide pulling the printing beam for oil sealing and printing. Through the servo-stepping system (servo-stepping system features: fast speed, high positioning accuracy, stable operation.) To achieve the stepless speed adjustment of printing and oil sealing. The scraper and oil return knife are driven by cylinder and equipped with air pressure adjustment device. The cylinder pressure can be adjusted according to different printing. The angle of scraper and oil return knife is adjustable from 0 to 35º. Printing has single printing, double printing two functions.
Screening mechanism:
Adopt servo stepping motor to drive the off-screen structure design, to achieve the real printing off-screen synchronization effect. Printing auto glass thickness adjustment:

Screen printing plate clamping and adjusting device:
The screen plate is pushed in by the operation side, the screen plate clamping adopts short side pneumatic clamping, at the same time auxiliary manual locking device to ensure that the screen plate does not move after work without air source state, the adjustment device is equipped with four X.Y.Z. scale, the adjustment handle to the screen plate when the front, back, left and right direction adjustment, the adjustment distance ± 15mm.
Printing table working surface:
The table frame is made of aluminum alloy, and the internal stress is eliminated through heat treatment process to ensure no deformation, and the table is divided into several pieces according to the requirements of transmission, positioning and minimum printing size, and each piece can be adjusted independently when assembled. The working table surface is treated with aluminum and titanium alloy surface Teflon process. The table surface is flat, rust-proof and resistant to corrosion, and the plane accuracy of the table is ±0.15mm/m.
Suction and blowing device:
When the glass piece is precisely positioned, the fan blows on the glass piece to form a layer of air cushion between the glass piece and the table plate to prevent the glass piece from being scratched. After the positioning is completed, the blowing air is converted to suction air, and the glass sheet is strongly adsorbed on the table plate when printing to improve the printing accuracy.
Auxiliary stencil device:
The auxiliary stencil rises and falls with the lifting and lowering conveyor, which reduces the vibration of the squeegee to the glass sheet when printing to improve the quality of the printed products, the lifting distance of the stencil is 40mm, and there is a front and rear adjustment slot, so that the stencil can be adjusted according to the size of the printed products.
