Dripping Glass Belt Grinding Machine
The dripping glass belt grinding machine is suitable for grinding flat glass of thickness 1.1~6mm. Rough grinding, fine grinding and C-angle of the four corners of the glass can be completed at one time, using imported double linear guides and double rolling ball screw to achieve stable moving speed and grinding accuracy. The grinding glass width adopts touch screen input, automatic adjustment, variable frequency speed glass transmission, touch screen + PLC control. Directly set the glass width and running speed to grind the edge production. Widely used in the deep processing of auto glass, furniture glass and mirror frame glass.
Working Principle
Receive the glass from the first grinding machine – fast moving – the front end of the glass touches the fixed side stop bar relative to the grinding machine – the glass changes direction by 90 degrees – enters the second grinding machine.
