1 chamber 2 wagons glass bending furnace technical details

The furance for bending max glass 3000x6000x1600mm, with all movement heating wires, bottom heating and convection(also suit for low-E glass).
1. Wagon inside size length 6500mm, width 3500mm, deep 1650mm (important size)
2. The furnace includes one chamber and two wagons.
3. Each heating wire’s temperature can be individual control automatically by hand or computer. There are nine temperature displays at the left, middle and right at the top of heating chamber. The computer will save the operation processing data to make the same glass. The furnace wire is nickel wire.
4. For quick bending, All the top wires can move up and down 1000-1500mm,
5. Two wagons have wheels that can move freely on the big track. There is an observation window in both sides of the front and back of the box. A sideboard with observation window can be opened downward and installed the track which is linked with the track of inner box, load and unload glass easily.
6. The thickness of the wagon cabinet (including temperature-protective layer) is 125mm. Temperature-protective material takes 25mm thick surface, the rest lined with silicon aluminum layer inside.
7. The observation window takes quartz glass. Each wagon has 10 observation windows. The windows may change and make by our material after the buyer’s drawing.
8. The arrangement of the electric furnace wire is divided into 100-200pcs, 3 sections and sections. The wire move 2 group 6 pcs together.
The bottom wires under the glass are 15-30 pcs.
9. There are two fans and pipes on the top of the heating room for convection.
